At Qandeel Collections, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with every purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, our refund and return policy is designed to make the process simple and fair.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return if the following conditions are met:
- The item is returned within 7 days of delivery.
- The product is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- The item includes all original packaging and tags.
- The product is not damaged by the customer.
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned, including:
- Customized or made-to-order items
- Used or washed clothing
- Items damaged after delivery
- Items purchased during special promotions or clearance sales (unless defective)
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. Our team will review the request and arrange a replacement or refund if approved.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method where possible.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed through bank transfer or digital wallet.
Return Shipping
- Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
