What is Cash on Delivery?

Cash on Delivery allows customers to pay for their order in cash at the time of delivery instead of paying online in advance.

COD Availability

Cash on Delivery is available for most locations across Pakistan. However, in some remote areas, this option may not be available due to courier limitations.

Order Confirmation

For COD orders, our team may contact you to confirm your order before shipment. Orders that are not confirmed may be cancelled.

Payment Instructions

Please ensure that:

• The exact cash amount is available at the time of delivery.
• Payment is made directly to the courier delivery representative.
• Orders are received and checked at the time of delivery.

Failed Deliveries

If a customer repeatedly refuses or fails to receive COD orders, Qandeel Collections reserves the right to restrict Cash on Delivery for future orders.

Order Cancellation

COD orders can only be cancelled before shipment. Once the order is dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
